Watermark Property Mgmt. Cancellation Policy: There is a $50 per villa cancellation fee for ALL cancellations. For cancellations made from the time of initial booking to 45 days prior to your stay, all monies received are 100% refundable, less the $50 per villa cancellation fee. For cancellations made 44 days or less from the date of your stay, you may receive a refund of your rental payment up to the total amount paid (less the $50 per villa cancellation fee) IF we can rebook the property. For reservations of two or more villas^*, if we are unable to rebook all of your reserved villas (e.g., 3 out of 5 villas), then you will receive a partial rent refund based on the rebooking rental amounts received. Cleaning fee(s), occupancy tax (es) and damage deposit (s) will be refunded. ^*Our 4-bedroom, 2-bath rental consists of two villas. Our entire property (used for DIY weddings, reunions, retreats, etc.) consists of 5 villas. Puesta del Sol is considered one villa. For cancellations involving all 5 villas at Ocean View Villas, 180 days notice (not 45) is required.

Please note that all cancellations must be made by the person(s) whose name(s) and signature(s) appears on the rental agreement. All refunds will be made payable to the person(s) whose name(s) and signature(s) appears on the rental agreement regardless of the origin of the original payment(s) (e.g., parent, travel partner, etc.).
