Each of the four bedrooms, as well as the living room, enjoys a private entrance through sliding glass doors which open to a generous private deck or patio. Family reunions and corporate retreats will enjoy unfettered access to their sleeping accommodations without walking through the rest of the house. There is a large backyard deck right off the dining room and kitchen to make indoor-outdoor parties extremely inviting - so long as quiet time after 10 p.m. is observed! The kitchen enjoys a pass-through serving window to the gas BBQ and the outdoor dining area. Beyond the deck is the rear yard with a 6-person hot tub and ample off street parking including three parking spaces in front of the garage.
