Welcome! You’ve discovered Ocean View Villas and Puesta del Sol - two oceanfront, cliff-side properties nestled in San Diego’s seaside community of Pt. Loma, in the exclusive enclave of Sunset Cliffs and an ideal locale for corporate retreats, team-building and strategic planning sessions and incentive vacations.

With comfortable accommodations for up to 46 people (30 at Ocean View Villas & 16 at Puesta del Sol), we offer you a relaxing atmosphere and surroundings conducive to inspirational brainstorming and creativity - the prefect environment for business meetings and training sessions…all within the intimate setting of your own private oceanfront retreat.

Situated just across the street from Puesta del Sol, Ocean View Villas sits above the ocean – and its own private beach – on San Diego’s beautiful Sunset Cliffs. We offer five, spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rentals, each with unbelievable ocean views and all with access to our private beach!

  
Our oceanfront patio, which often plays host to weddings and receptions with up to 200 guests, features ample space, numerous tables and chairs – along with a healthy supply of chaise lounges – and breathtaking views that will only compliment your corporate vision and set the tone for whatever your goals may be – increased productivity, renewed motivation or well-deserved relaxation.

Each of our villas can accommodate up to six people with king- and queen-size beds (and queen size sleeper sofas), plush pillows, down comforters and cool, luxurious, 400-500 thread count Sateen sheets. Each residence also features a magnificent ocean view and either a private patio or balcony. Two of our vacation residences share adjoining doors - perfect for group meetings. Of course just about all of the amenities of home are included: kitchen appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, utensils, silverware, plates, cups and glasses, bath towels, soap, linens, blankets and entertainment such as satellite TV, CD player and an outside BBQ. Also, our vacation residences feature electronic numeric coded entries, which mean no keys for you to worry about. We want your stay to be peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable.
